INTRODUCTION
A convection oven circulates heated air continuously throughout
the Oven cavity to maintain uniform temperature around the food.
This constant, gentle air flow is what seals in juices, promotes
browning and may shorten cooking time without turning and
basting. Your FARBERWARE® Convection Oven can TOAST,
BAKE, SLOW COOK, ROAST, BROIL, ROTISSERIE, DEFROST,
KEEP WARM and DEHYDRATE. The Oven has a special recessed
area to accommodate a 12” pizza.
